If you require usage rights for commercial purposes (e.g., advertising, billboards), please contact us for licensing fees.

Cancellation Policy

At JV Photography, we value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will incur a $50 fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

• Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance.

Intellectual Property Policy

All images created by JV Photography are protected under copyright law.

• Ownership of Images: JV Photography retains full copyright of all images.

• Client Usage Rights: Clients are granted non-exclusive, perpetual usage rights for agreed-upon purposes.

• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of images is prohibited without written consent from JV Photography.
